Yes, all our vehicles come with 24 hours breakdown cover

  •     All mechanical breakdown assistance is included in the rental price.
  •     Call outs for non-mechanical breakdowns caused by damage or user error are billable. Examples of these include loss of keys, using the wrong fuel and punctures.
  •     Within working hours make sure to call the rental office for the best advice. Failure to do so will breach the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.
  •     Outside of working hours the number to call is 0333 207 9654. More information can be found on the back of your rental agreement.
  •     Your priority should be to insure everyone at the scene is safe and away from danger.
  •     Then all accidents MUST be reported to our accident management line on 0333 207 9654. Failure to do so could mean you incur further charges.
  •     Make sure to take plenty of photos at the scene and make a record of any third-party details.
  •     You will be required to fill in an accident form to assist with any possible insurance claim.

Yes, hire vehicles can be returned 24/7. This could help save time especially on a Monday morning after a weekend hire.

  •     Ask the reception staff at both sites for further information.
  •     You will still be responsible for the vehicle until we are next open and able to check it in.
  •     There will be a further rental charge if you plan to return after your agreed booking return time.
  • Yes, we can deliver and collect to the surrounding areas.
  • There would be a charge to do so and we may be limited to what times we can offer this service.
  • Ask the reception staff for more information.
  • Please note all private hires must sign the rental paperwork and pay a deposit at reception for insurance purposes.
  • Our policy is to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel it left with.
  • Most of our vans will be provided with a full tank.
  • Fuel must be replenished back to the correct level or you will be charged. Please note we do not store fuel on site and our fuel costs will be greater than the standard pump price.
  • No refunds can be given for fuel not used.
  • If you need to cancel your booking or move your dates, please communicate with us straight away to help avoid charges.
  • There will be a charge of up to 50% of the rental if cancelled within 48 hours of the booking start time and up to 100% if cancelled within 24 hours.
  • On MPVS and Minibuses there will be a charge of up to 50% of the rental if cancelled within four weeks of the booking start date and 100% if cancelled within  2 weeks.
  • There may also be a charge if amending booking dates at short notice.
  • Yes, our vehicles can be taken abroad but you MUST arrange this with the reception staff prior to hiring the vehicle.
  • We will need to provide you with the correct paperwork and insurance, or you risk the vehicle being impounded at your own cost.
  • Customers will be fined if a vehicle is taken abroad without our consent.

  • If you return a vehicle early, we are unable to refund the cost of days not utilised.
  • However, if your plans change well in advance, we may be able to offer a compromise. It is important to communicate with us as soon as possible if your plans change.
  • You are fully responsible for any motoring offence whilst in charge of a rental vehicle.
  • We will pass on your information to the relevant authorities who will then contact you directly.
  • There is an admin charge of £25+VAT for all fines. This will be refunded if you successfully appeal your fine from the relevant authority.
  • Business accounts are welcome, please enquire with the relevant branch manager for more information.
  • You must have hired from us at least once before and pass a company credit check.
  • A safety inspection is carried out on all rental vehicles before they leave site.
  • However, whilst hiring a vehicle you are responsible for checking the oil, water and tyres on a regular basis, especially before long journeys.
  • There will either be a spare wheel or compressor kit to help patch or swap the punctured wheel.
  • Ring reception for further advise, wheel changes should not be attempted on either a duel rear wheel van or 7.5ton truck.
  • You have the option of using the breakdown service, but customers are responsible for costs incurred for damage caused to tyres.
  • Make sure to ring us or the breakdown service straight away, they will need to drain the tank and help you.
  • Do not start your engine or carry on with your journey.
  • You are responsible for the full cost of any repairs.
  • You are responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing the screen.
  • If the chip is of a certain size it may not be repairable and will need a replacement screen.
  • If you are unhappy with the service provided, please write to the relevant branch manager so they can address your issue.
