Great Prices on Replacement Car Hire in Hinckley

So nice to deal with an independent business. I was treated like a proper customer, not 'just another booking'. I felt confident renting a car from Senior that there wouldn't be silly attitudes about trivial scratches, etc., perhaps trivial things that I hadn't noticed upon the initial inspection. That is so nice: makes you feel much more comfortable driving the car away. Nice little car: perfect for the short jrny that I needed to do that day. We have used Seniors on a number of occasions over the last three years. The service is always excellent and Tom has always been very quick to reply to emails and messages . There is a good range of vechiles and they are always clean and tidy and in a good condition. I received a call back almost immediately following my enquiry just before a bank holiday and was sorted in minutes. We bought one of the ex-rental minibuses from Senior Cars instead of hiring as specific transport for a large family skiing holiday in the French Alps. The whole buying experience was absolutely 1st class. The vehicle had been immaculately maintained in their own workshops and this was a major factor in our decision to buy from them. Pleased to say that 6 months on, the bus has proved to be superb. Would definitely recommend Senior on the basis of our experience!

We hired a large Luton van from the Oadby branch of Freeway this weekend. We had a nightmare house move and my husband lost the van keys. I was really stressed and worried, but Simone could not have been kinder or more reassuring. She allowed us to collect a spare key and said they’d allow us a few days to find the key before we’d be charged for its loss. Really excellent customer care at a very challenging time. Fortunately we found the key, but had a beg another favour when my husband had returned the van, only to find he then needed it again later that day! Again, Simone helped us in our hour of need. The staff at the Oadby store are exceptionally helpful, warm and kind. We will always be grateful and cannot recommend them highly enough.
